Frequently Asked Questions

About Professional Grill Cleaning

What's the difference between professional cleaning and doing it myself?
DIY cleaning usually just moves grease around. Professional BBQ grill cleaning service uses degreasers and industrial equipment to remove buildup you can’t reach at home.
How often should I get my grill professionally cleaned?
At least once a year if you grill regularly. More frequent if you use it a lot or want to keep it in pristine condition year-round.
What exactly gets cleaned?
Everything- grates, burners, firebox, grease tray, exterior, hinges. All of the removable parts and all of the basin parts- everything gets cleaned individually. The service includes drilling out any clogged burner holes, cleaning your valve orifices, igniter connections, and everywhere else grease and food particles can clog up your cooking system.
Will my grill look brand new after cleaning?
In most cases yes, or at least really close. However, in our climate there are some grills that may have discoloration and sometimes rust, that will not come out.
